4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to guest inquiries. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and helpfulness of AI-generated content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated responses. Hotel operators are responsible for reviewing and configuring the AI's knowledge base to ensure responses align with their policies and offerings.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pale Blue Software Ltd and Lift Hospitality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete AI-generated responses.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the Service.
  • Any actions taken or decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

While we follow industry best practices in developing and maintaining the Service, we do not bear responsibility for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
